Everyone was very nice and helpful! I had to rent a U Haul and a car dally and everyone got out and helped me put my vehicle on it.
I would definitely recommend going there for auto and towing needs.

Avoid working with Alejandro. Management really needs to look into him. He is not only making the company look extremely bad. But he is also having their company LOSE money. He won't allow you to speak. Becomes defensive for absolutely no reason. Hangs up on you.. I hope their calls are recorded so they see how he speaks to customers. DO BETTER Alejandro.

While traveling back from Organ pipe national park our RV experienced a problem with the charging system. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly to be a bad alternator. They removed the part to verify that the correct part could be ordered from the Phoenix warehouse. The correct part arrived the next morning and was installed by 10 am. Great service from start to finish. Thank you again!

Was very nice to us. Found out today that they are not open until 3 on Saturdays as Google says. They close at noon but he opened the door for us at 12:15 and we got what we needed.

Here is my experience at Napa Del Sur NAPA in Ajo, Arizona on Feb 8, 2023. My motorhome's hot water tank failed. I walked over to the NAPA store and within 15-20 minutes, Tomas Lopez had found the right hot water tank replacement and ordered it. This young man was very polite with the right amount of humor and politeness . He told me the tank would arrived by Saturday before noon and it did. You are an asset to this store because of your great attitude towards clients.Thank you Tomas.
