Very kind staff. I went there yesterday and I had forgotten my wallet at home. The attendant (his name was Ambo I think) paid for my gas and helped me out. I’m immensly grateful for that.

I’ve been going to this store for gas at least once a week, if not a few at times a week since I got my first vehicle like 12 years ago. The reason being because they’re the only place in town with a gas jockey. However, since switching owners the customer service is lacking, the store is dirty looking and packed full of cheap junk, and it’s sick how the owner never gave the gas jockey raises. Imagine how much money he’s made off of them!! It gets me mad when “bosses” don’t value their employees ? And take down your tacky wall of shame!!

Horrible customer service, they offer full service. However, the one attendant usually can’t be bothered to help.If you do get service, expect a long wait.The station itself is fairly dated, and dingy.

Shame on Wetaskiwin ShellWed Nov 16/2022Very unhappyWent to the shell on the 15th to buy a new phone cord ... I buy one and when I get it home it does work... $10.99 .... I had the receipt .... it happens ... phone cords are made in bulk and I get it... so I attempt to return it .... the manager in his white shirt and infinite wisdom wants me to bring in my phone to try it ... gives me the third degree .... he don't believe it does not work... or he thinks I'm lying ...or he thinks I'm incapable of plugging in my phone ...so disrespectful ...I've been buying my fuel there for over 30 years and I've had a cell phone since the beginning of cell phones 1989.... . I left in a huff which I hate .... threw the phone cord at his building and have vowed to never return ... petro points are better anyway shame on Wetaskiwin shell

Full service gas station, with a really nice store inside. They sell all kinds of neat things here, from gadgets to jewelry to vapes to pipes, plus all of the usual items you expect from a convient store, I find new stuff every visit. Love going here, plus they got that cute girl running till.

This is by far my favourite go to gas station.The store is packed full of everything, they keep the coffee cups and condiments at the coffee pots during covid-19, cheapest smokes, and they have a gas jockey. Almost unheard of these days. I get that nice sense of a 90's gas station here, everything else is too commercialized or modernized if you get my drift. Just a suggestion though is being as you guys stock Zippo lighters and fluid is you should stock replacement Flint's too, and more CAT hats. Lol

I am a regular customer for many years. There is a situation that I find very uncomfortable. The staff is constantly talking in tagalog or Korean. Very rude and unprofessional. I have brought this up many times but the staff and owners dont seem to care. I wonder how they would feel it the situation was reversed?? This is something that many of my aquaintances also find to be uncomfortable. Product is excellent but sadly the service all around is lacking. Thanks

The staff here are incredibly kind, helpful people! Not only that the store offers a humourous, humble selection of items that are rather generously priced. I for sure reccomend this Shell location to everyone!
