“I once needed something photocopied except their photocopier was apparently down. Well so happens that I win at life all of the time so just by me needing the copies somehow they sprang back to life shocking the manager who proceeded to high five me and I tell you what, ever since I joined BMO it's been win after win for me. Only thing I'd change is please unlock the doors at night time, I'm tired of spending up to three bucks using bank machines elsewhere.”
“When my TD debit card was compromised I had to visit this branch while visiting. Dale, the teller who took care of my request, was absolutely lovely and very helpful. She took the time to explain some of the features of my account and made some great recommendations. Excellent experience and service.”

“We went into the branch looking for some information on opening a business account. We were only looking to ask some very simple preliminary questions, but were pleasantly surprised when a representative (Matthew) escorted us to his office to discuss our financial needs and see how he could help us. This was in stark contrast to RBC which handed us a brochure ad brushed us off. We were made to feel that if we chose to bank with ATB that we would be treated as valued customers. I am only giving 4 stars for now, and reserving the 5th for if and when we actually do business with this bank and see if they actually walk the talk. But our first impressions were very promising.”
