I received the most incredible Telus technical support today than I ever would have believed existed.
While in the US, my sim card failed in my phone; dead with no network connection at all.
Thanks to Meridith at Ralcomm and the technology of an esim....my phone is back operating normally.
Meridith and I were
able to communicate through my wife's phone, where she set up a esim on my account, sent it to me through a text message, then read by the QR code reader on my phone while she did all the background Telus requirements to get my phone back in operation.
I can unequivocally state: if you are in central Alberta and you're not dealing with Ralcomm Communications......
you are not accessing the best sales and support team that exists in the telephone/communications market!
