HUGE Rave to Mike Sawkiewicz ,Stuart, and the whole team at OK Tire !!!! I desperately needed new tires, quote was awesome, when I finally decided to bite the bullet, honored the quote, called when my vehicle was ready, torqued when I just stopped in. Top Notch Service All Around !!!!!!!!

I have been doing business here for years. I am thankful for that not thankful for the danger that comes with it.
Ok tire... "pull your car to the back" while other costumers get treated differently. Other costumers (the NON natives) get to hand in there keys at the front desk and have OK TIre employee drive their cars to the back. No costumers are allowed in the shop. So why do they continue to do this to non white people especially me?? ? ?. I paid 933.49 for services not be dropped in the shop which is against Occupation Health and Safety Codes. I'll torque my own tires...

A huge "THANK YOU" to Stuart and his excellent service today. He was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. I learned something new about my tires today. Also great job to guys in the back who changed my tires over. I definitely felt the difference when I drove away. I can now cruise worry free thanks to these guys. Keep up the good work ?

I booked an appointment to get a wheel alignment a week ahead of time for a Friday morning. I got an Appointment reminder Thursday from OK Tire To verify I was coming. I took a day off work to get there Friday morning at 8 o’clock And they cancelled my appointment. I’m extremely disappointed. It cost me a day of work And it’s going to cost me another To get my wheel alignment done

One of my tires wasn't repairable and I couldn't afford a brand new set but Devin and the rest of staff fit me in quickly and found an affordable used (great shape better than what I had on) single tire. Very affordable, great service and friendly staff. I was back on the road in less than half hour. Thanks guys! Highly recommend.
