I had my winter tires installed on Friday but discovered a flat tire on my way to work Saturday morning. The team that morning not only got me in on short notice, the lovely girl at the front was kind enough to drop me off at work. An hour later, I noticed my car drive into my works parking lot!! The lovely man, I wish I got his name, who repaired my tire, dropped my car off at my work, no charge!!! I'm absolutely speechless, the service, the kindness, unbelievable. Thank you guys!!!

Super thrilled with their service. I had a tire pop and no way to change it. They got me in the same day and gave me a temporary tire so I could make it home. The next day they gave me a great price on a new tire to replace the old. Very happy with how fast and convenient their service was. Highly recommend.

Terrible service desk, today i came in and I overheard one of the employees at the front desk arguing with a customer over the phone about how the Kal-Tire service worker was laughing at him for not understanding somthing?? and I also found the guy working at the front desk to be rude when I was asking questions as well. Prime example of its not what you say, it's how you say it and be careful because someone is always listening. Hope you guys do better and talk with the staff about not being condescending to customers.

Overall it was a great experience. Had a bit of a headache when I went in for 4 brand new tires and went to pick up my car to find they only did 2 for some reason, but in the end, all was straightened out. A bit of irritation and inconvenience for me, however staff remained very professional, friendly, and did all they could to offer great service. Even with the confusion, I would still return and would still recommend Kal Tire to my family and friends. They even took care of me next morning when I kept having one tire losing air and stopped in wondering why - definitely a good experience. Prices were great, service was top notch, and they did make buying new tires much better of an experience than I have previously had.

Stan and Matt are the standard for customer service. I love dealing with these guys! They are so quick to help with anything you need and always have a smile on their face. I love Kal Tire in wetaskiwin!!

You know, they deserve a good review. I just got back from there. Brought my van in to put some old tires on it. They were in better shape then the ones I took off. They took me in right at the start of my appointment and finished in roughly an hour.When paying the bill, he mentioned that they had found a screw in one tire and had repaired it. I'm sure they were right but I did mention that I had wished they had mentioned that to me before doing the repair. Just so I was in the know. Without skipping a beat, the fella working there agreed and eliminated the charge. I would have paid it anyway, but he eliminated the charge for the tire repair.I can't complain about that. Kal Tire in Wetaskiwin is a good store to deal with. I'll be happy to purchase some tires from them in the future.

I went there to find out if they found fix a tire for me. They said it wasn't fixable and could sell me a tire. So I agreed. I told them I can make an appt for it because I have to go to work in leduc right away but they said they can do it right away. 45 minutes later I asked them how much longer it was going to be. They said at least another 15-20 minutes and told me Id only been waiting for 15 minutes. I knew exactly what time it was when I got there. I told him what time it was and he kept saying "yup sure ok mhmm whatever you say" to everything I said. He was being super immature and condescending when all i asked was what time it was going to be done. Luckily it was done right after that, but the time isn't even the issue. It was the way he treated me and spoke to me as a paying customer. I don't need to spend my money here, there are tons of other tire shops that will appreciate my business and treat me with respect. When i spoke to the main person at the front desk about it he was rude as well and made excuses for the other employee. Definitely won't be using them as my tire shop anymore.

Worst experience ever called in early to make appointment..show up at said appointment and get told someone else was already booked in ..and then gets mad at me for showing up on time ...asif I was going to sit there 3hours waiting on a "might be able to get you in" ...then again I'm native no surprise it's wetaskiwin
