Can’t say enough good things about this shop. I came to the shop without an appointment for an emergency and they immediately tended to my vehicle. Not only did they take the time to explain to me exactly what was wrong but also checked my vehicle over to ensure it was safe for me to drive. All the mechanics were extremely kind and respectful. Will be recommending others to get their vehicles maintenance here.

Competent, reputable honest shop.
Had an out of province done on a vehicle at a different shop and they came across as dishonest so I brought it here for the second inspection and they found over 15 things wrong that the first shop didn’t. Which was a blow because I just wanted to pass it so I could drive it. But because of how thorough they were I brought my next vehicle there when it was issues and have done so ever since. I’ve found their work to be thorough and of good quality.

They couldn’t find the hood latch!! ZERO STARS. Got our car towed there, wouldn’t start. They couldn’t find the hood latch and they did not call or message to let us know this. We had to physically go there to find this out. As we were getting the car towed to take our business elsewhere, we discovered that the glove compartment door was broken off, on the floor, dash tray broken, also on the floor, wires were cut under the dash. No sign whatsoever of any forced entry on the outside of the car. ZERO STARS for their lack of decency, integrity to at least call us that they couldn’t work on the car (because they couldn’t find the hood latch to begin with).

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE, THEY LEFT IT ON THEIR LOT WITHOUT NOTIFIYING ME AT ALL FOR A WHOLE WEEK THAT THEY COULD NOT OPEN THE HOOD AND SOMEONE BROKE INTO IT TRYING TO HOTWIRE IT AND STOLE STUFF OUT OF MY CAR. THEY NEVER GAVE ME, OR MY UNCLE A CALL AT ALL. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE

dont go waste your money,. had an alternator. changed over.. from these guys, had it changed, didnt ask for anything else.:irvs:: after its done. and i leave i find out they switched my 400.00 battery for a small sized one. it would run but died before we made it home. as i have ac in the back,+ 8 seater. requires 94R 850 CCA H7-AGM asked irvs where my battery was? they said it needed to be replaced. again didnt ask for it. was in for an alt change only.. so procedes to steal my battery....that has resale value! the battery at that time was brand new. got amvic invloved sent them the bill. with the change of battery on the final invoice. and still amvic sides with the greasy switchup KING IRVS AUTO.. P.S you still owe me a 94R 850 CCA H7-AGM battery....
