“I went there today to check out their selection of bedframes and was asked a few questions, super friendly staff, in the end i explained my bedframe leg had broken on my kiddos bed frame and was told i could have some legs for free as it’s easy that they break all the time. I explained to him i hadn’t bought the frame there and he said it didn’t matter and proceeded to gift me 4 wheels, long story short i was able to fix my kids frame and another bed that was missing the middle stability wheel too. super appreciated with their customer service, instead of trying to upsell me or pressure instead i was given an act of kindness! thank you for your amazing service and helping out a a mama in need.”
