Paid $40 gas and gas pump didn’t turn on because they gave it to someone else or didn’t actually use it. Had to pay another $40 to get anything from here. Haven’t been reimbursed and lost $40.

Terrible Customer Service!! I was in last night to get a car wash. I was offered a "$2 Discount" thinking they were having a special. Anyways, the car wash left my driver side of my car filthy while the passenger side came out spotless. I went back inside to complain & see if I could go through again. Upon going back inside, I was told I was given the discount because they couldn't guarantee it was going to clean the car. Should I not have been told this prior to my purchase??????? Not once was this mentioned. The employee then called the manager & I was told I would have to return the next day to speak to him. I live over 45minutes away in a small town, there was no way I was going to drive another hour and a half round trip for a $13 car was. No refund was offered nor would they let me run through one more time. I used to frequent this gas station when I would go into town. I will never go back nor will I hesitate to tell anyone that asks to go elsewhere. Unreal.

Firstly, check your lotto tickets before you bring them to the clerk. On 2 sperate occasions the same clerk tried to steal the winning. Either by giving me back inaccurate amount or not tendering it on the till. Not a trustworthy clerk. Be careful

I understand this is a gas station, but if you have standards, go somewhere else where you're not at risk of being over charged and stolen from.Always closes almost an hour early, which goes without saying is unprofessional given the hours are advertised 5 am - 12 am. My first experience the cashier was on the phone, talking loudly, and barely interacting with customers like he was on autopilot.And I was over charged by almost 20 dollars for two bags of chips and two slushies, whilst still talking obnoxiously loud one the phone, it seemed as though he was just ringing in random numbers with no care in the world as he seen fit.
