Ran was very helpful. Very fast in setting up our accounts, we have had no outstanding issues with our mobile service. Bell is way more economical than other carriers and I highly recommend Raj.

I sent my girlfriend in to the store to have our two phones swapped over to Bell, with specific instructions on what plans to get and what to ask for as I have a background in telecom sales.What we received was indeed the plans we wanted, however the customer service that she received during the process was downright awful. Everything from rushing her through the details to pressuring her to “Hurry up” when she was looking for her Koodo account number for a number port, and then calling her “Illiterate” for misreading the number when she found it. Had I been there myself when this happened I would have completely walked out as this type of disrespect should not be tolerated anywhere at a Bell Location, franchise or otherwise. I will not be returning to this location again when we eventually upgrade our phones in the next few months, and instead will go out of my way to go to a location in another city as employees like this are clearly thinking this is and appropriate way to interact with their customers that they make commissions and bonuses from.Absolutely ridiculous. Had the agents name been on the contract we received, I’d burn him to the ground here as well.

Super knowledgeable. Saved me a minimum of $85 a month vs what Bell told me on the phone in regards to upgrades annd new plans. Amazing services. Recommend to everyone!! I will never deal with phone reps or online again.
