After a few negative and stressfull experiences with brokers from other companies I asked a friend who worked in the industry for a reference and she reccomended Kate Maskoskie, not only did Kate find me a better rate than anywhere else seemed to be able to, she's also incredibly attentive to details and an excellent communicator. Having a good broker truly does make a big difference, I feel like a valued customer rather than just a number. I highly reccomend Kate for your insurance needs, I'm really glad I found her.

I bought a brand new car and my car salesman recommended this place. I got my insurance all set up with a monthly payment of $279. Once they pulled the first payment out a couple weeks later it showed $319 and obviously my payment bounced because I wasn’t expecting the additional $40 to be on the balance. I called them right away to resolve the issue and they told me “you are automatically cancelled due to the bounced payment so it is what it is”. They also told me that they can’t uncancel me and to have a good day. I wouldn’t recommend this place to Satan himself. There’s a reason they have “dyck” already in the name. Due to these guys canceling me no other company would put me on a month to month plan so I’ve had to pay $4200 cash at the beginning of each year for the last 2 years. Thanks you “dycks”
