Took my car for detailing. Purchased top-of-the-line service over $200. Quite disappointing. Seats shampooed but everything else barely touched. Would not recommend. If this is the level of detail they apply to their work, I would not rust them to do anything.

Have a 2011 ford escape and the back window hinges corroded off this morning. Not only did they have them in stock(awesome for an 11 year old vehicle), but the service department fit us in this afternoon and had them replaced and ready to go within an hour! Fantastic and friendly service.

Just a quick service on my escape and as is the experience, I have had on all of my visits to the service department quality work and friendly knowledgeable staff.. a nice area to sit and wait for your vehicle if you are staying waiting, a great selection of beverages to drink while relaxing. They won me over with the sales department and kept me as a customer with a amazing service department.

I highly recommend this dealership! Every single person I spoke to from their team was extremely kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to help me get a safe and reliable vehicle for me and my one year old daughter. Koji from sales was very knowledgeable and an absolute joy to deal with. And I am extremely happy with my purchase. I cannot thank you guys enough you are awesome!

Had worked for an old neighbor as a janitor for the fords, this family is disgusting, has connections to Adrenochrome and also monopolistic behavior across the city. Someone is going to shut this popsicle stand down real quickly, boycott the multi millionaires from raping your wallets and lives.. and the owner of that dealership cornered me in a room up stairs when i was 14 and offered me booze..Maybe he's into kids? this is 10 yrs back..can't afford a lawyer.
