Selling jerky, that's past date.. and that's saying something with its shelf life.... I'm sure it's still ok to eat but it's the principle of managing your products properly...

Useless employees that have zero customer service. Poor stocked hot food at night if anything at all. very frequently nothing available. It’s a 24 hour convenience store that no longer serves food 24 hours. Bought nachos and attempted to use nacho cheese which was completely empty, wanted refund cuz I don’t want stall nacho chips and no cheese. Refused refund because I opened them.

Don’t shop here they steal from you! They double charge your card and won’t return the funds. Theft is never okay.

This place is not what it used to be since old staff left. All new faces . Disgusting place , no fresh coffee’s. Dirty washrooms and unsanitary food service . The employee didn’t even washed hands after doing garbages and served me food. I would prefer to go to husky across the street. Even they don’t have fresh food but service is way better than this place. I don’t know why they keep on changing staff and not train them to standards.?

Stopped in May 8th/22. Bought ten plain chicken wings. Started to eat one and realized it was not completely cooked, meat was mushy and pink. Called the store and the gentleman said they come in pre cooked and frozen. I explained that they were not cooked completely. He offered to give me a refund but I was 20 kms away and didn't have enough time to turn around as I drive a commercial truck. He basically said it's my tough luck. It's to bad because 7-11 chicken wings are normally good. Very disappointed.

I stopped here on Dec 24, 2021 evening. The lady at the store was very polite and welcoming. Really appreciate the service. A shout out to 7-11 main office to recognize this effort by the lady at the store. I usually stop here every month on my way back to Fort Mcmurray from Edmonton.
