Peter and the rest of the staff in the Service Department are always friendly and helpful. I took my Ram 1500 in today because the windshield washer fluid wasn’t working. The tech quickly found and fixed the issue while I waited, and Peter didn’t even charge me. Thanks very much!

I am pleasantly surprised with the customer service I received. I tried calling other dodge dealerships looking for a little older, used 2500 ram and others said the oldest truck they had was a 2022 (something I am not interested in). They didn’t even try to find me what I was looking for and only tried to change my mind.
Trevor picked up my call and knew the vehicles they had on their lot. I told him what we were looking for and he came back with exactly that. he had so much patience to be dealing with us as we were in the process of moving and finalizing our mortgage and had to wait, had to get the vehicle inspected and safety in saskatchewan, had to change our license over, etc. The man did it all and even had it certified and delivered to us and picked up our trade. He was never pushy, he allowed me to ask ALL the questions I wanted to and not once did he ever mansplain. Bryce in finance was very personable. And the driver Ron/ or Rob (so sorry I have already forgotten) was very kind and easy going when doing the swap of the vehicles. We have dealt with probably 6 dealerships in the last 10 years and I am super happy that I didn’t settle for what was readily available in our area. I understand sales is a tough industry to be in, but if they were more like Trevor I think they would close more sales and their customers would have a good experience.

Do not bring your vehicle to get fixed here they do not care about your belongings or over all customer service. Absolutely a waste of money and time take your time and money elsewhere. Horrible service!!!

Trevor was awesome and has treated me great during the purchase and all the way after, I had to replace a newer truck that had blown a motor with another manufacturer and they were 0 help, Trevor looked after me and when I had minor issues with the new truck I bought he helped me out and even gave me a loaner, highly reccomend if you need new wheels go to talk to Trevor.

Took our van to Wainalta after getting a bit of a run around with our previous dealer. Peter in service treated us like we had purchase the vehicle from them. A loaner vehicle was giving to us and the motor was replaced without question. Thanks to everyone at Wainalta!

Nothing but Praise for the service dept. I trust these guys so much I would send my 87 year old mother there if she needed help. Mechanics are knowledgeable and good people, the front desk folks are all about the customer! Guessing those that found fault here ... find fault wherever they go - don't believe them. Horrible service from the service department. Have gone multiple times and have never had a great experience. Don’t go to the service department. Go to Lloydminister Jeep. They have yelled and made a scene in front of other staff and customers towards us and have blamed me for breaking my Jeep on purpose. Like sorry I don’t want to drop my jeep off for 2 days on purpose so I have no car. If they would have fixed it right the first time I wouldn’t have to bring it back multiple times to get fixed.
