If I could put zero stars I would. I’ve been trying to reach my loan officer for two weeks, only to call and find out she retired IN DECEMBER over 2 months ago. I was never informed nor had the new rep reach out. Horrible customer service, horrible way to run a business.The app doesn’t work, it’ll say that your payment for bills went through but the money never leaves your account.I’ll be looking for a new bank

As a new member of the credit union I would like to comment on my experience. I had some trouble with my online banking (all my own mistakes) and visited the branch for assistance. From the customer service desk to the tellers, I had no trouble finding help and ultimately a solution.Thank you and kudos to the tellers, Natasha Viljoen and Jeannine Nelson and to the customer service representatives Randi Kalen and Hannah Fisher.

Worst experience with a bank ever. Their stupid merger has had me locked out of my account for over a week now. And I've spent well over 5 hours on the phone and in person speaking with Reps to get it sorted. No one can give me a straight answer, or access to MY MONEY. 0/10 will actively tell people how trash you guys are.

One of the worst banks/credit unions to deal with in Wainwright; almost as bad as BMO. I'm not sure if it's just this branch or their entire credit union, but the staff here are downright unpleasant to deal with.Better take your money to ATB, which is honestly the best banking experience I've had. Don't waste your time with this stinking pile.

If your debating creating an account go to the kind amazing staff at ATB. I went in to deposit money at the Credit Union with my baby and two toddlers who urgently needed to use the bathroom. The lady informed me it was closed “due to covid.” I explained I had a substantial deposit and was not driving to Walmart and back again. We walked across the street were assisted to a bathroom and an account created in no time. I have an appt to have all my accounts switched next week. Can’t say enough good about ATB and what a policy kindness is .

The staff go above and beyond to assist with my banking needs. I find I'm greeted always with a smile positive attitude. Based on experience I can say without reservation that Encompass is truly a strong community supporter.
