Thank you to Carl and Angela for helping me charge my Ford Mach E last week. I was staying in Wainwright for a few days while working, and didn’t plan my trip properly. When I mentioned this to the staff they offered to have my car charged onsite.Thank you to Norris Ford for you superior customer service.

When they say service sells - it really does! From service to sales I am always treated the very best. Connie always keeps me up on my oil changes and her department is so good. Coby always takes care of me in the sales department. The staff are all friendly and happy to help out always. No bad days at Norris Ford for me!

Broke down in Wainwright Alberta. Dropped off my truck at Norris Ford in Wainwright to diagnose an engine misfire first thing in the morning. I let them know that I was visiting from out of town and had no other transportation while my truck was in for service. They indicated that their service schedule was wide open the next day, so I dropped off my truck the next morning as soon as they opened. When I called the Norris Ford Service department, I was sent to voicemail, and didn't get a return phone calls after multiple attempts/voicemails. When I did get ahold of service, their estimate to fix my truck included $1600 of parts and labor that I didn't need (based on their own technician diagnosis writeup of the problem). On top of that, their estimate included a 4 day lead time to order parts from Edmonton (2 hours away), that were available locally. Service department knew I was stuck locally without a vehicle, but didn't seem at all empathetic to my situation. I ended up changing one $20 spark plug in my Air BnB driveway that fixed the truck perfectly instead of waiting four days and paying $1600 for work that wasn't needed (according to their own diagnosis) to fix my truck. Sad that you can't trust a dealer service center in a time of need. Do not recommend having your vehicle serviced at Norris Ford in Wainwright Alberta?

Norris Ford Service is second to none! It’s not the deal you get when you purchase your new vehicle…it’s about what they do after you make that purchase! Thanks againHighly recommend detail service at Norris Ford. Got the silver detail and it was impeccably flawlessly spotless! Seriously, could not find anything not cleaned! Thanks! Allowed me a lot more time on the golf course. ?

It is hard to explain the awesomeness of my experience at Norris Ford. They went way over and above what I expected. The customer service I received from both Connie and Pamela was exceptional. I am totally satisfied with the service received and will definitely be a returning customer

Thank you for going extra mile on your job! It was 1pm today( June 5,2023) that I brought my vehicle to fix one of my tire that has a nail in it. They were busy, they have atleast 3 to 5 job orders before me. I wasn't expecting to get my vehicle done before they close today.Nathan and the other guy who fixed my tire stayed eventhough they were close already just to make sure my tire is fixed so I can drive it safely. I appreciate your kindness and your dedication! God bless!
