I got a rock chip on the way home this morning on highway 43 and called Eagle, they were able to squeeze me in right away when I got to town and done an amazing job to keep my windshield crack free! Second time dealing with them for glass repairs and will continue because of the amazing service and prices.Thanks Eagle Lock and Glass!

It was just a phone call with regards to having a chip key cut and programmed for a truck that i was going to be driving. The, rep was very knowledgeable and forthcoming with different options that i had. Id recommend EAGLE LOCK & GLASS for all of your lock and glass issues. Very professional

Very great place. Had a huge crack in my windshield and got it replaced for a very reasonable price. Had a little mix up with the windshield, but that was a supplier problem and the guys were experienced enough to know to measure the old one and make sure it's the same before removing it. Called me up to explain and they booked me in the next week after the proper windshield came in. Cars been sitting since then, but no leaks, nice and centered, seems good to me.

The quality of work seems pretty good, but time will tell. The Customer Service gave lots left to be desired when I dropped my truck off at 8 am as requested only to get a call close to noon saying the glass never arrived despite the delivery arriving at 930am. Then, the next day, I had an agreement that they would call when the delivery arrived to ensure I wouldn't be dropping my truck off again for no reason. This, however, did not happen, so I called to see if the glass had arrived at which time I was informed I had already dropped my truck off despite it being in my driveway. So after getting the truck dropped off and being called to ask "if I wanted to be charged $100" to peel the tape off I had used to tape up the window, which i declined and it took me less than 2 miniutes to clean up when i got home. Upon arriving home, I also discovered that my spare tire is unsecured and the bed is a mess, so I call them to figure it out. I immediately get blamed for stuff being in the bed of the truck despite never being told this was in issue, than blamed that they had to take everything out of the bed to do the job and they just threw it back. The best part is that despite them moving everything unsurprisingly, they didn't clean up their gloves, garbage from the install, and any of the leftover broken glass. I think i could have looked past it all if they had just commicated any of what happened . That all said, do I think anyone should go here? I don't know if you like terrible customer service and no extra effort these guys are for you!!!!

Great price and fantastic work. My dash was rattling and they fixed that as well. My last windshield job left lots of loose trim and Eagle got the job done on time and great attention to detail.
