I spoke with Landon at this RV dealer Feb 23rd at 10 am about a class a motorhome they had online told a him I was in Edmonton but was going to make the three and a half hour drive down to see this unit the next day Saturday and would be there by 930 when they open.
We drove down the next day arrived at 930 am and he sat in his desk and told me the unit sold the night before, and said he tried to call me twice, I had my iPhone in my hand and showed him no missed calls. My wife and I returned to the truck and left, we could not believe that he did this to us 150 in gas and 7 hours round trip for nothing. I have been a salesman for 30+ years and could not imagine treating a potential customer like this, beware of this horrible sales rep and this dealership.

We had broke our rv kitchen faucet and Jay with Vulcan Autoplex was great! The guy is literally a former comedian and had me laughing the whole time. He made my day!

Stopped to get gas when we realized the plug in for our camper lights was broken. The staff was so kind and helpful getting us a part asap. Thank you!

We purchased a 2022 Sandpiper from High River RV. Our experiece was amazing from Rob our saleman to our dealings with the Finance department - Patricia and Don the General Manager. They even helped us to get it to our year round site. What a great place to buy an RV from - would highly recommend Rob as he was a no pressure salesman that did not pressure us at all. He helped us to look at all the options that we thought would suit our needs and each time took us to a unit that made it harder to chose as they were all so great and they all met our needs. Thanks for such a great experience.

Cannot agree more with this last review. John was really excellent to deal with. We just took delivery of a new Rockwood Trailer. Couldn't be happier with the sales process, delivery, and trailer itself. We will be repeat customers, for sure. Glad we made the trip to Vulcan.!!

John's your man! He helped me out tremendously. I was looking for a car dolly. He had what I needed but I was not able to get there until after hours. NO PROBLEM! He waited around, had the paperwork ready for me when I got there, helped me with some final touches before I towed the trailer away and explained everyting I needed to do to have it registered (I'm new to Alberta). Nice location. Great store. Great guy! Thanks, John.

Had some problems with my trailer lights no other business in town had the time to help me. I stopped here at the Autoplex and even though he was busy he took the time explain to me what was wrong with the lights and sold me the part I needed to fix them to get me back on the road thank you very much

I was driving past Vulcan autoplex on my way to Calgary, I seen a trailer and went into see the staff.I realized what I thought I wanted wasn’t what I needed. I must say, the staff were amazing and directed me in the correct direction saving me money really and losing a sale but that is what I appreciated. Great company to deal with as I’ve been to others and the knowledge, understanding just blown me away. Knowledge of what I really needed and the understanding of my situation and needs.I can only but recommend this company for their knowledge, understanding, listening skill, dedication and most importantly their attitude, friendly ness and understanding! Outstanding in my view and that’s in comparison with the other dealer I went to. Recommended 1000% save yourself the weeks of online research. I wish I did but hay, I’m a happy camper now.
