Terrible Terrible service.If you need your vehicle serviced or repaired DO NOT GO TO SQUATCH AUTO! I took in my vehicle for some repairs and paid well over 1000 dollars. I got my vehicle back with more problems. They wouldn’t take responsibility for it, they handled it very unprofessionally. They suggested that I bring the vehicle back for more work and quoted me even more money to get it fixed. I was very disappointed because I heard good things about this place.

Wife and I had our two vehicles die in the same week, and based on Squatch's assessment we started car shopping. First, they were kind enough to let us leave our car on their lot while we sorted things out, which was a big deal as we're from out of town. Second, they gave us much appreciated advice regarding our car search. Finally, while there dealing with our dead car, we were telling them about our car search, and they told us to bring in the car we were looking at. 15 minutes later, we were under the car with Joe, and he was pointing out expensive issues the dealer somehow missed.As two people not very familiar with cars, having Joe and his crew make time for last-minute inspections was way beyond what we were expecting, and having them on our side was an incredible relief - especially considering the tight spot we found ourselves in.
