Grabbed a phone cable for 10.49, came up on the till as more so I said something. Lady went and looked, claimed its the bigger price with the label of 10.49 in her hand. "Someone must have labeled it wrong" and I said that's not my fault though and she claimed there was no policy foe that. Won't be back here.

I stopped to this location on the way From Saskatoon to Edmonton. I loved the way of helping customer by their night shift employee. Definitely deserves a raise.

Naw never buy food here especially their taquitos I had one just the other day and it gave me food poisoning and I still feel it, customer service is horrible and I still feel sick, I’m heading too the hospital and if I have anything like a tapeworm I’m gonna sue

Awful experience, just wanted some nachos. crusty hard nacho cheese as well as no chilli. The lady serving me would not stop talking enough for me to ask for a hotdog and by the time i did she said that i couldn't add one to my order and she was "so sorry since she already put it through the system", and that i was supposed to say what i wanted before payment.... why couldn't a separate transaction been made if the system didn't allow it after my points? I even said to the lady after the transaction that all i wanted was a hotdog....absolutely no reason why she couldn't charge me separately on a new transaction. will not be coming back

I had stopped to get a quick bite to eat after work, about 7pm. There was nothing in the warmers, no pizza, no shelves were stocked, the floors were horrible. Huge line up for bathroom. Seems this place went down hill after the last manager was so over worked keeping the store going in proper condition that she quit. Since then this place is just a bathroom stop. Maybe fix things so this store does not go under. The current manager clearly does not care at all. Fire this manager and get a different one in that cares about the store, doing actual business and care about the customers.

There is an absolutely lovely lady that works here, I had the pleasure of having her help me around 3:45pm today. She’s in training, but she did an amazing job and is absolutely a delight to be around and does a great job!!! She helped me with fixing the coffee machine!! Thank you! It was a great experience stopping for a coffee and some gas on our way to Edmonton!

Absolutely FABULOUS service! Above and beyond! Clean store. 3 of us stopped here. Each staff greeted each one of us individually! One staff even made a point of giving me options to select from when she realized the item I wanted was not in stock. She was amazing! We ended up late for a meeting in Lloyd due to her being so amazing and helpful! LoL Thank you Thank you THANK YOU for making our pit stop absolutely awesome! ? We will always stop here when traveling this way! ?

Recently my sons car broke down in the 7-11 parking lot. Due to weather we could not get it towed until Monday morning. (He broke down Saturday after 3:00 pm). The manager had his vehicle towed. He was not parked in front of that business. Unfortunately he did park in a handicapped zone that was only mark under the snow. The manager was very rude.We will not be visiting this 7-11 again and will remind our friends and family of this. Tough to due business where management is rude

Terrible customer service. Told the lady the gas pump wasn’t working thinking they possibly didn’t know. Her response was “yeah, it’s cold out. You wouldn’t be working either.” It’s -20. All other pumps are working.

Stopped for some chicken wings, potato wedges & Slurpee's. Got exactly what we were looking for in a timely manner even with it being a late afternoon on a Friday. I highly recommend.
