Every piece of machinery we have rented from here has shown up in need of major repairs. On time sensitive equipment, that's entirely unacceptable. When complaints were made to employees and management we were told "Thats how the rental business works."They seemed surprised we were upset about it.As if they would rent you a car with 4 flat tires and not see a problem.The return inspection was a quick walk around without opening any compartment or checking the integrity of any parts.They are also a courier parcel depot, again which they do a mediocre job at best.Have had parcels delivered there, to be lost for days.Complete incompetence. Complete idiocy.Hire competent people, the way things are currently run, it's damaging your business.
