If I could put lower than this I would. I brought my truck in to get the rear break pads done and 2 thermostats done. Which I brought the parts, to which I get there and the girl who was working on my truck didn't even know there was 2 thermostats for my truck. The end of the service. They over charged my for my truck. I paid and left as I had to go out to work. Barely made it to whitecourt and had to drop it off at fountain tire to which I found out it leaked all the coolant out, which they replaced, and found out they didn't put the o-ring back in to seal the coolant. I called and told them what was happening and they told me it wasn't their problem. I asked for them to pay the cost of the new bill at fountain tire and they said no and it was up to me to get it fixed and it wasn't their problem. Was waiting for a call from the owner and never got a call. Shitty service. Don't take your vehicles there.

I was camping in the area and blew a brake line on my truck I called and they got me in right away (on a Saturday) the mechanic was able to fix it in no time I am so grateful for these guys thank you so much you have no idea how much I appreciate it ❤️

Ripped me off. Over charged me for aftermarket front struts for my wife’s suv. Not even one year later and the struts failed. Contacted Jim the owner and he gave us the run around and was very arrogant. Didn’t honour any warranty. Be aware of this shop. Definitely don’t trust the reviews! Can’t help but wonder if he even replaced the struts..Service: Steering & suspension repair

Fantastic, speedy service! Our technician locked himself out of the van during a service call, Lone Wolf had us back on the road in under 20 minutes. Customer service was top notch and the response time was incredible! this place was great to deal with best customer service ever ! Even dropped me off at home when i couldn't find a ride& dropped truck off the next morning at my home. the past week I noticed quite the shake in my steering wheel and Lonewolf was able to get my truck in immediately yesterday to replace the two UJoints that failed.
