I went to Circle K in Sylvan Lake, Ryders Ridge store to purchase gas there was an error when I paid for my gas at the pump, I wanted $40 worth of gas and apparently I hit gas with car wash added so the pump gave me $26 and some change gas and the pump stopped and said I'd reached maximum limit so I just figured the car was full and went about the rest of my evening. After I returned home I was banking on line and saw that I was charged the full $40 so I called the store and was talking to an employee who then put the manager on the phone, I explained to the manager that I had no intentions on purchasing a car wash and that I would like the situation corrected .The manager then proceeded to yell at me saying that I hit for gas and car wash and there was nothing he could do, I told him again I did not want the car wash and that I didn't purchase it he says I can see you did on the screen. All I wanted was my money back, and this man was very unprofessional by continuing to yell at me. He then said come get your money. I got my money back shortly after that and I will never step foot in that store again. He maybe should take a course in how to speak to customers, yelling is not the way to go. Even if the error at the pump was my fault unintentionally that is no way to deal with a customer!!!!

Supposed to be open 24 hours but the guy who works there just locks the door and then when you ring the doorbell they have he just ignores you. It’s rude and I won’t be back

24 hour business that’s never open at night. Staff will stare at you as you wait by the door to come in, but will never let you enter.

Great variety of food, drinks, snacks and convenience store, however the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. No one knows how to flush a toilet and the doors are discustingly dirty. You also hAve to wait in the customer lineup to get out the door even if you have nothing to pay for. To exit back onto the street legally you have to turn right into a residential area making it a little inconvenient

Greatest gas station i’ve been to in my life. Great owner Tony keeps all his workers in line and that worker sukh is one of the best people i’ve ever met ?

Worst gas station I've ever been to. Ive been there 3 or 4 times and could not get fuel, the machines are garbage and constantly cancel the transactions or freezes. Inside theres lots of overpriced Items, never any 2 for 1 deals or anything either.

Very clean. Good manager. Nice car wash. 24 hours. Competitive gas price. Cheapest fountain drinks in town. Clean bathrooms. Sells booze.

Second time store is locked and clerk is inside but doesnt open door for the 10min or so ive waited. Thought it was 24hrs. .i guess they decide when to close up.... For whatever reason... Doesnt even leave a note...

Food - always old and rotten (never any cheese sauce cuz they cheap out)Service - debit is always down and they expect us to carry cash around or pay thier bank machine feeOwner - acts nice but fails to provide standard circle k service often. Some employees clearly don't care.AVOID AT ALL COSTsAlso notice many of the "good reviews" are forien names and new accounts. These reviews are 5 star with little or no explanation because they are sourced from a company in India and the people leaving them do not speak English. Avoid this store. Bran new and already failing. To provide standard service. They would rather purchase reviews than improve service

Purchased a lunchables snack and when we opened it the ham inside was grey and slimy. The employee wouldn't refund us for the expired product.
