Such an amazing experience. From the moment we stepped in we were made to feel at home. Our guide was great and chatted away with my 19 year old daughter. The trail ride was truly exceptional and the horses were well suited to our experience level. We will definitely be going back!!!Restrooms: The restrooms were very clean

Had an amazing experience both times we’ve been here! The trail is very nice, the horses are very gentle and the people that tour are super nice! My horse went under a branch and it knocked my glasses off my head and one of the tour guys grabbed them for me before one of the horses stepped on them ? amazing prices here as well. can’t wait to come back soon!

This place has the magic feel of the Canadian West. The staff and the food are amazing. The accommodations are rustic and comfortable! The trail rides have the best down home guide and spectacular views. Highly recommend.

If I could rate more stars I would!We just finished a trail ride with myself, my brother and mom.Our trail guide was Abby and she was very kind and experienced.She made the ride fun and shared lots of interesting information about horses and the trails.I would absolutely recommend sunset guiding & outfitting to any rider. Experienced or new to riding.Very reasonably priced at $52.50 for a 2 hour ride per person.Our over all experience was definitely a 20/10!Thanks again Abby!We will definitely be back!

I did a 2 hour trail ride. Beautiful warm fall day and got to see the changing leaves. My horse was a bit older. He was a little slow on the straight open areas, but a total pro on the tighter paths, climbing, and navigating down hill areas. It was an awesome ride with my guide Abby. I'll be sure to go back next year!

We'd like to thank Abby very much for a great 2 hour guided tour! We encountered bit of weather at start. She kept us calm (hail!) and we rode on. I suffer a bit of anxiety. 6 years since in saddle. She was so calm that I relaxed and enjoyed rest of our ride. Thank you Sunset Guiding for a nice afternoon in beautiful countryside with my boys. Abby took a beautiful picture of our family so we can cherish the memories :) Highly recommend.

We had an amazing experience on a trail ride with Merl, he made us feel so at ease and made the ride so interesting and fun! And the horse I rode was wonderful, perfectly trained, easy to ride but still really fun! I would recommend this place to anybody! Just make sure to drive there from hwy 27 past sundre- it’s way easier than the back road past Water Valley

What an amazing weekend!!!! It felt so good to be in the country around the horses and such friendly people. The kids got to try horseback riding for the first time and although they had some sore butts they had big smiles on their faces and want to go again. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality, the yummy milkshakes, the cute cabin - we just had an incredible time and we will be back. Lorna, David, Sam and Jakes.

Had a girls weekend I can honestly say I've never had such an awesome time the owners were amazing, good food, reasonable rates. Honestly I cannot even Express my words. All I can say is go to this place you will not be disappointed. We are planning to make this our yearly vacation spot hands down! Thanks again. See you next year!

My husband and I have gone out West every year, and sometimes twice a year; Merle and Lori are so welcoming. Great food,; great rides; scenery can't be beat, and truly it's a place to unplug, so needed in this chaotic world. You won't regret a visit to Sunset.

I’ve been stopping into this little store and cafe for the last several years while camping in the area, and I’ve always been met with the most pleasant people willing to share a story or two about the area. Today we booked a horse back ride with our family. Our guides were friendly and helpful. The horses were all beautiful and very comfortable to ride, as they were all so well behaved. We did the two hour ride and ventured through mostly forest and the occasional river view. I would definitely book another ride in the future! I hope people passing through the area will stop to support this little gem in the back woods.
