We chose Schott's Lake Conference and Resort to celebrate Valentine's 2024. The meal choices were creative, nicely presented and delicious. We found the service slightly out of sync with what's expected of a fine dining experience. Pricing was at a premium and service should match, otherwise a nice experience. We'll be back!

A group of friends had a lovely birthday lunch at The Kitchen at Schott's Lake. We loved the snowy beauty around us, the rustic ambience of the restaurant and the wonderful food. Two friends had the brisket sandwich and said it was the best hot sandwich they'd ever tasted! We liked the place so much we want to go back soon.

Great little hide away. About an hour and a bit from Calgary. The room was very clean and the fireplace gave out some good heat. The restaurant was fantastic. I had the prime rib and my wife had the Mongolian beef bowl. Generous portions and tasty to boot! Breakfast was outstanding too! Great service and friendly. Would I do it again? For sure!Food & drinks: Restaurant, the Kitchen, is such a hidden gem. Great food, tasty and generous portions. Just loved it! Service was great!

Our daughter, who lives in Sundre, wanted to show us the location and introduce us to the restaurant - we just stopped for a round of drinks and a helping of fries each - and we're delighted with the views, the fare and the service. My wife and I were staying with our daughter and family for a Christmas vacation and this was one of the highlights.

Normally I would give a five star rating for this restaurant (The Kitchen) but last night we went for New Years Eve dinner. It was not worth the $85.00 /person. The menu choices were fine and food was good but the serving sizes were small. Especially the appetizers ( one scallop come on) and salad and desserts. The main was lukewarm. I would rather order off regular menu. Good food and much more value for money. Felt ripped off.Food & drinks: See comment
