Had our wild game processed here. Absolutely incredible experience! They colour coded the packages to differentiate between animals. And there was less wastage than what I've experienced at other shops in the past. Will definately use them next year! They are my new favorite meat shop!

Absolutely delicious sausages!! Very personable family business. So glad to have found them. The hunter sticks they made with our deer meat are the best we’ve ever had.

Awesome family business for wild game processing! We had summer sausage and jalapeño cheddar smokies made with our Whitetail Buck and both products are fantastic! Owners are great and very knowledgeable, and we felt the price was very reasonable for the amount and quality of products we received! Would definitely recommend, and will be going back in the future!

My husband is a hunter and takes him game to Roman and Ursula yearly; this year he got a bull moose and we just tried the jalapeño and cheese sausage as well as the honey garlic pepperoni they made - so delicious! Best we’ve ever had.
Highly recommend for any meat needs. Worth the drive if you don’t live in Sundre!

If you are looking for a wild game processor look no further! Exceptional service, a phenomenal end result of your product , at a more than fair price is what you will get when you choose First Choice! I would recommend bringing your harvest to Roman and his family 100 out of 100 times even if it means driving a ways to get there! No where else comes close. You probably want to bring a few extra dollars to buy some of the stuff they have in their fridge and freezers too (smoked pork chops, bacon, breakfast sausage, camping sticks) I could go on, but just go there!

I have used butcher shops in Calgary and surrounding areas for over 30 year but none come close to the Professionalism, Cleanliness and Quality products received form Roman and Ursula. Their sausage is World Class and processing is second to none! Well worth the drive without a doubt. Wouldn't think of taking my processing to anyone else. Once you try First Choise you there for life.
