“In the fall we had a bit of a mess up where we ended up having to wait a bit longer than normal for our tire changeover, as well as one of the nozzles on our new tire wasn’t placed properly resulting in a leak and a flat by the next day.
As you can imagine, this resulted in a bit of upset, but the manager Kara ensured we were well taken care of and the mistakes were remedied. She ensured we had everything we needed and made sure our leaky tire was replaced, made sure we got a discount on our spring service and even offered to store our winters for free this season.
We would definitely return to this place and recommend it to our friends. We were beyond impressed by the customer service as it seems to be a lost art now a days. 5 stars kaltire Strathmore!!”
