It is very clean property and staff is very friendly. Their rate are also low. They made my move in so easy and enjoyable and provided me all the needed information.

Do not recommend this place at all. In March we were told we would have to move our trailer (we have had it stored here for 10+ years) because of a building that would be put up. In contact with them regularly to figure it out. Then was just told had to get our trailer out within 10 days and no they don’t have another spot.If they didn’t have one to begin with, they should have said, not string us along with a short time period to find a new place and have it moved.

I just booked two storage areas for our trailer and a container. Kim was so helpful in booking it was an easy process. I would not consider renting a space from any other business in Strathmore.

This place used to be an awesome place to store your stuff, that is when it was owned by the old owners. It was community based and driven, they where fair and flexible. Now that it's under new ownership and management, from owners outside of the province. They have raised rent by 44 percent, using a formula of how much time and money it would take for you to move your stuff. They put out a letter with no effective date for the changes. If there is space elsewhere, go there first.

What can I say, it is a storage lot for your needs. Whether it be a trailer, a boat, or misc goods, you can leave it here for the winter.
