I have been going to serendipity’s forever. I have yet to have a bad experience. I always get asked if I need some help finding anything and I always seem that I do. The owner goes above and beyond to see that I find something I love. Shopping for clothes is not joyful for me. But I gladly go to serendipity’s when I need to find something in great shape to wear.

Wish it was possible to give at least 10 stars. Elaine is one of the most kind, caring, professional, dedicated, and meticulous people I have ever met. Her stock is always well organized, in perfect condition, filled with great variety in both style and size, and sold at amazing prices. I've never been able to visit the shop without discovering multiple treasures, and I find myself walking out happier than when I arrived due to the positive atmosphere of Serendipity's.

What an incredible gem of a boutique! Not only is Elaine such a kind soul, she truly wants to serve people by making them feel comfortable and confident in their clothing. My daughter and I had trouble narrowing our selections from the new gorgeous haul she has of one-of-a-kind brand new pieces.Thank you so much for always leveling up what you have to offer our community <3

Exceptional experience at the consignment boutique! The selection was stylish and well-curated, with great finds at reasonable prices. The staff was friendly and helpful. I found a unique piece that I adore. Can't wait to return for more treasures!

As a new resident to Strathmore and a serial thrift hunter, I was very impressed with the quality of merchandise at Serendipity. Much of the stock seems new and there are many high end brand names. Friendly and spotlessly clean, with up to 400 new items a week... I'll be spending a lot of time at this lovely shop!

Love the store Elaine and her staff do an amazing job at providing us with brand name consignment at a affordable price. The quality of items she brings is practically brand new. In addition, I love how she supports local artisan shops.

Serendipity's Strathmore is the granddaughter's much-enjoyed consignment shop. While browsing before Christmas last year, she found two, lovely pieces of artist-crafted, hand-painted, custom stemware - located in the 'Artisan Market' area of the shop. With her Mom along side (there on a trip at the time), and having us in mind, she purchased the glasses as a 'Love you guys" gift - which daughter brought home, and gifted our way upon return. Though holiday wrapped, we were told to open the package when brought to us, and not wait until Christmas. Which we did, and then tried the glasses for the first time, with some "bubbly" on my December birthday. Our love and thanks again to granddaughter for the loving gesture and glasses. To daughter, for being the loving and personal carrier of the gift. And to Serendipity's Strathmore -- we hear so many good things about your fine shop, and now we have something in-hand to share with those moments.

Bought some really nice things today from Serendipity a lovely smelling Christmasy candle from CWitch & Co. Also some beer soap from Homemade Escapes & Co. Made with local beer from Origins malting Co.

Elaine is such a genuinely nice person! Her store is incredibly clean, organized and well stocked. With prices that make it easy to buy a whole pile, especially when paired with the lovely arrangement of various gifts she has there.
