I was having issues with my minivan heading up to Banff and needed quick service.
The team here went above and beyond getting me fair priced and high quality work ASAP so I could get home.
Super professional, didn't upsell me but made sure I understood why certain things needed to be done and what could wait until home.
Very grateful for the shop and highly recommend to anyone.

After being refused for a drop in service at few local shops(with next available booking in 7+days) stoped by for an out of province inspection at Ryanco. Got in right away and in one hour I had the inspection report and a bonus AB safety inspection at no charge. The car was from 2011 , with little minor issues and I was slightly concerned. However I benefited from an honest&fast service. Thank you guys for your help!

Unorganized and unprofessional. Originally went in for an inspection, which took an extra hour and a half just to get through the post-inspection paper work. Seamus could not find his way around his own front desk to provide the paper work, nor did he know what we needed to sign. While being served, he was also helping every other customer who walked in the door regardless of the fact that he was in the middle of finishing up my service, which is why it took so much extra time. My inspection failed and I had to make another appointment for my window. I then went in to get my window fixed, and after commuting all the way to Strathmore again, they informed me an hour after working on my car that they ordered the wrong part. I then had to wait another week for the proper part to come in and get it fixed. When I came in for my second appointment there was no friendly interaction between Seamus and myself, nor was there an apology for the inconvenience of them ordering the wrong part or the time I wasted. Seamus is extremely unprofessional as a business owner, he does not seem to care about the good people choosing to come to a smaller business, when I could have gone to AMA and avoided this headache. Do not recommend.

Strathmore RYANCO Shamus is a liar and a crooked mechanic he did work on my suv changed radiator water pump and thermostat I was quoted at $900 went into pay it was doubled $1700!! There was a leak we noticed by the next evening so we brought it back he opened the hood and just a quick peek he says oh its the steering pump so he knew he did that obviously on purpose!! Then I took into get checked cause it was overheating again to Shamus and he quoted me at $3000 he was saying it was the head gaskets I told him stop DO NOT touch anything I’m not going to pay for anything he had many things to make me try say go ahead with that quote but my daughter told me to take it over back to the original mechanic that we go to so I did! Well next thing he told me to begin with was wrong coolant put in and a faulty thermostat smh this only cost $300 and when called Shamus about it he would not let my partner talk interrupted him was rude and yelling and still had the nerve to say bring it back to him doesn’t even say sorry or try make things right!! But no thank you also told us to go ahead and let people from SIKSIKA know about this cause I’m only one person when that’s where most of his business comes from and to put a review in that it didn’t matter either!! So stay away from this place he just wrecks your vehicle more so you keep bringing it back to him!! This place doesn’t even deserve a star but you have to rate it!!

I wish I read the reviews before going there. They misdiagnosed the issue on my car and charged me for misdiagnosis. I was not happy also with their markup on the parts, they really gauge too much. Won’t be going there again.
