It is my first time to be in Scotiabank Strathmore to open an account and I was assisted by Lisa (i hope I got her name right) shes very patient and polite. She was able to assist me with all of my queries. I also have Mitch as my financial advisor and I am so impressed on how efficient he is, he is knowledgeable and knows what he’s doing. He gets things done in a reasonable amount of time. I am so happy that they treated me well, most of the staffs are polite. They really give a very good first impression to me. Plus points for the cute pets inside.”
