Went into Strathmore location Oct 5th and I found the young female staff to be very rude. They made fun of customers the entire time and were not discreet about it. They stayed up by the register and rarely left to assist. After making fun of one lady they could barely contain their laughter as she checked out. This lady was very uncomfortable at the till. I’m disgusted by the attitude of these two girls and find it completely unprofessional. Due to the lack of service my husband and I went elsewhere to purchase our footwear

they did not let me go in the store 10 minutes before it opened and i live in Okotoks and i barely go to strathmore

I have been to this store quite often & i have purchased many items (boots, shoes, shirts, jeans, baby clothes & boots, etc) within the last few years and everytime i come here, it seems like the staff thinks i am there to steal. The comment that was made to me today really proves my point. I went in with my baby who was asleep in her car seat which i put in her stroller. I covered her with a blanket because she was asleep and it was windy outside. The lady came over and said "how do we know theres actually a baby in there". Are you kidding me? As soon as she said this, i left the store. I was very insulted and i will not be returning to this location.

I was excited to find excellent quality, well fitting shirts in store but disappointment set in when I got home and discovered the items were selling for less on the Lammle's website. I guess this is why everyone orders things online these days.

I was completely ignored by staff for a solid 30min while I searched for clothes. No greeting, no asking if I needed help with anything, was like I was a ghost. Racks were a complete mess and trying to find sizing in any short of order was like trying to find a needle in a stack of needles. Would not recommend this location nor do I plan on shopping here again, I will drive into Calgary instead.
