I've always dealt with fountain Tire my entire life, I don't know how many set of tires I bought from them, my entire family deals with this fountain Tire here in Strathmore they have always treated us really good.
Actually just recently bought a set of tires after replacing a set of tires I had bought from their previously, they told me there was some mechanical work that needed to be done and then I could get a wheel alignment because it ate the last set of tires in only 10,000 km, (something that should have been noticed before they put on the previous set) I said thank you and said I would do the work myself. After sitting in my driveway for a week I pulled my car into the shop noticed I had a flat tire when I pulled the tire off to inspect it I noticed they cracked my rim now they expect me to pay to fix their mistake I don't think this is fair

Kim, my service advisor, was able to set up a repair call for my work truck on the spot. The repairs were done very quickly, and I was on my way. I always receive excellent service at this Fountain Tire location.

I came here to get a wheel alignment, wheels are align but the steering wheel is not, tire balancing is also expensive and they dont fix the problem, paid more than $20 per tire and made me wait more than 2 hours, paid more than $200, theres cheaper and better places to go, DONT GO HERE!

Where "a couple hours" to swap out winter tires means over 6 hours. Not impressed.
I did need brakes too. But I'm certainly not coming back here to get them.... Go to Kal Tire. Not Fountain...

My tire blew just outside of Strathmore along the number 1 on my way back to Calgary. This was the only shop in town that answered my call and sent a truck to help, I only waited about 15 min. The fella was so kind and efficient. The shop took it in as soon as they could, and although the tire was beyond repair and they didn't have a replacement one on hand they said they could have it there first thing the next morning. I would have bought a replacement from them in a heartbeat if I didn't have to be back in the city to pick up my child from school that afternoon. They didn't charge me a cent for the call out or shop time. Thanks for making my day a lot better, would recommend to anyone!

Actual morons.
Opinion of the mechanic means more than the wishes of the owner.
Apparently; if you tell them something needs replaced, and the tech thinks it looks alright, they’ll just not listen to what the order was for and do what they feel is best.
Top it off, supervisor would rather gaslight you than own up to their mistakes.
