I regularly shop at FasGas as it is close to my house and is supposed to have 24 hour availability, however tonight I stood outside the doors for ten minutes pushing the “push for entrance” button only to receive no response. I was completely locked out of a 24 hour business with no posted reason why and no staff in sight. I was very displeased and will be limiting my shopping here in the future as this is now the second time this has happened. I want to reiterate that the doors have never been locked before and the staff has always been kind, but since both times have happened in the last two weeks I don’t believe I can trust that they’ll be open in the future.

Since the government changed the policy re branding of cigarettes, they all look alike. You MUST train your staff to know what is in each drawer! It wasn't until I walked home that I discovered that it wasn't another government tax grab but the incompetent staff that cost me an extra $2 a pack!
