I had some rust removed off the back of my truck and it had made a hole through the truck. They did an amazing job patching and repairing it, and it looks like a brand new trunk door was put on. Also, the service was very friendly and very professional and the cost was quite a bit lower than I expected, I will return and have more work done in the future and highly recommend Eagle Head Auto! I came to the right place with my salvage car and in no time my car is back on the running condition after Eagle Head Auto did the auto body repairs and paint job. They are the right team to get things done especially with collision matters. The team is very efficient, professional and are masters of their craft. Definitely, I personally recommend their services to your auto needs. Kudos to the team.

We had a bit of an emergency that required us to get a key cut and programmed promptly for our car and the team at Eagle Head Auto helped us out efficiently and with excellent customer service. Their prices were substantially better than going to the city. Highly recommend support this local business for any of your vehicle needs.

I am beyond surprised by how terrible this place is. If I could give zero stars, I definitely would! We brought two of our vehicles in a while ago to get the windshields replaced. After getting both vehicles back, we noticed there was glue still stuck all on the inside of both vehicles. There was also grease all on the seats. During this time, I brought my car in to get an appraisal done after my accident to see how much it would cost to fix. (I also brought it to a few other shops in Calgary to compare) And the appraisal that I got at Eagle Head/CSN in Strathmore was SIGNIFICANTLY lower then every other appraisal I had gotten. This tells me that there is zero attention to detail. To add on to everything, the customer service here is absolutely terrible. The owner, John, was very rude and apparently, could care less about getting the business. 100% would not recommend!!!! You are way better off spending the extra time to drive into the city to get any work done on your vehicle. Absolutely disgusted by this place.

Was told to come here for a day to "see how I worked" and I was told to put a transmission in. And while me and another employee were putting the trans in we got told to take it out. When asked why all I got was "just take it out" not knowing what I'm supposed to do. No one explained why or anything, it also doesn't help when they speak to each there in their native language. So how am I supposed to know what I have to do when I'm getting no direction or English spoken to me!?

Wanted to buy 2005 Dodge Durango from these guys, and they didn't disclose that vehicle status is salvaged, and going from one auction to another from 2015, never registered for six years, and not disclosing that it is an American car with mileage in miles, not in kilometers. Shady business, and I would avoid dealing with them. Had to waste $45.00 dollars for CARFAX to figure out what peace of junk they are trying to sell.
