Disappointing Service Experience
I initially visited this shop for an inspection, only to be told that my engine was totaled. Surprisingly, several issues were not even inspected. I decided to get a second opinion elsewhere, where I was informed that the problem was a faulty turbo. After replacing the turbo, my engine ran perfectly.
I returned to this shop to have my brakes fixed. They bled the brakes, and despite quoting me a 3-hour job, it took them 9 hours to complete. The brakes improved for a mere 2 kilometers before returning to the same poor condition. I went back to address the brake issue, explaining that I suspected some calipers were seized and that the master cylinder or check valve could be the cause. They fixed the calipers and worked on the rear brakes, but then they loosened my handbrake to the point where it had no tension until the third click. Despite all this, my brakes remained as ineffective as before.
To make matters worse, I was quoted a 5-hour job for this second visit, but it ended up taking 7 hours. Additionally, I was left waiting at their location for an extra hour beyond what they had communicated. Overall, my experience was very frustrating, and I would not recommend this shop for any repairs.
(Edit: After posting this review, I was contacted by the shop within 2 hours, and instead of addressing my concerns, they blamed me for a rim issue. What’s surprising is that they should have already noticed this during their initial inspection if it had been done properly.
In addition, several critical issues were missed by the shop, including:
1. A missing transmission mount
2. Seized brake calipers
3. Incorrect brake pads and rotors
4. A front right wheel bearing that needed immediate attention
5. Non-operational brake lights
6. A broken check valve that needed replacement
Most concerning, they had originally told me my engine was totaled, when in reality, it only needed a new turbo. This further highlights the lack of thoroughness and attention to detail in their service. My experience with this shop has only worsened, and I cannot recommend them based on their performance and customer service.)

Hello. County Auto gets a glowing recommendation from me. After struggling with poor service at other shops in town I thought I would try County Auto. They were friendly, accommodating, and professional.
The alignment they did on my van has set things straight. Now the van and the wheel are going the same direction, a win for me.
Give County a chance,they won't disappoint.

Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. Helped us right away and got an appointment for only 2 days' wait. Brought our vehicle in and had it looked over right away with an estimate on what needs to be done all within an hour. Coffee provided was delicious and a nice bonus while we waited. The area seemed clean as well as the restroom with plenty of interesting reading materials. Parking and entrance were also easily accessible and well maintained with plenty of wheelchair access if needed.Will update after work is done for an update on how that goes.

Fantastic service. Possibly the best garage i have ever used. They quoted a price over the phone, fixed the issue and the truck is running great again. Will definitely be my first choice if anything else goes wrong.

I went into the shop at a very busy time during our extreme cold snap. I had passed through three other shops that were unable to get me in for a necessary repair to keep my vehicle on the road and they made room for me. If I could give you 10 stars I would. Well cared for shop and happy employees says alot ! Thanks again !!
