Recently the ownership changed and what a change! They used to have a girl working there that was very pleasant and didn’t make mistakes.Since the new owners, I’ve had my credit card charged twice for the same months rent! It wasn’t returned until I proved their error! Once time, new months rent fell on a weekend so I had to wait until Monday to pay. New owners were calling for their rent, before I even got out of bed! They don’t remove drifted snow so you can access your rental in the winter. They arbitrarily changed their rental agreements.Ive rented u haul van in past but wouldn’t even think about it now. In short, they’re all about...give us your money and don’t bother us with anything to do with our obligations! They just barged in, got rid of all the competent staff and changed everything for the worse. Talk about how to ruin a business a few short steps!

This is a great place to visit but I wouldn't want to live there. Everything is kept extremely clean and tidy. Excellent service, but I prefer my suites have an ocean or mountain view. The room I was booked into had no windows and locked from the outside.Note: Turn-down service is only available on nights when Jarrett is working.
