“Best experience in a clothing store ever!!! The staff were super friendly the lady there was super helpful and totally relatable and completely understood my style and my size dilemma. I went in thinking I was a 12 and came out with size 4 and 8 jean shorts and caprees pants. The clothes are definitely good qaulity and I will definitely go back next time im in town ?”

She helped me try on many items and some even more than once without any issues. “This local shop is super cute with so many amazing gift ideas! The customer service was also amazing. First, I had sent the owner an email inquiring about a product. Since I was sending it at night I didn’t expect a reply until the morning but that evening I received a response and was told not to hesitate to reach out if I had any other questions. A few days later I went in to the shop to purchase a bath mat but when I brought it home I realized it had a manufacturing issue (i.e the writing on the mat was incomplete). The next day I went back to Crown and Fox to exchange it and they were so apologetic, despite it not being their fault. Karissa also went above and beyond in resolving the issue and making sure I left with a positive experience. I will most definitely be back and will be recommending people to go check it out :)”
