They kept my vehicle and all they did was install my tires for a 3rd party financed company pfft why would autoiq give me a loan then say they can't release my vehicle for verification. They ain't law inforsmant

I don't see how the parts not having warranty being relevant as this was an installation issue not a part issue. As for information, are you saying you needed instruction on how to install struts? Are you not a professional shop? Yes it was done Dec 6th but like I explained on the phone the vehicle didn't start being used regularly until last month (a fact that was ignored like everything else I explained during our phone conversation) I was quoted ~600$ over the phone when first booking my car in, and I was charged 1000$ when picking my vehicle up, like I said - almost double. Yes I was offered a 2pm appointment, AFTER I was told that my 3:30pm appointment previously booked had been cancelled without being notified. This was to "diagnose the rattling sound" which isn't even the issue anymore as I explained over the phone and down below yet again that was completely glossed over. Hence why I didn't bother coming in for the 2PM because what is the point? If there is a remaining issue it wont be able to get fixed and the general vibe I'm getting is that I would just waste my time and that I'm better off fixing it myself or taking it elsewhere. Because lets be honest what's to say that you would even take me seriously and/or do the job properly this time around. Not sure what there is to discuss at this point so I see no reason to call you and discuss this further.

Customer service non existent.
Brought my car in to install front and rear struts, ended up getting charged almost double the quoted price. The job was rushed and shoddy - the panel that had to be removed to access the passenger side rear wasn't properly reinstalled, my tpms didn't get reset and who knows if they even did the alignment I paid for at this point honestly. Further proof of this was the fact that the rear passenger side strut tower became loose and started making noise. I booked my car in for friday the 31st, and before the appointment came around the nut actually came completely off. I took the time to temporarily fix it myself since I didn't want to miss any time at work. I still wanted to bring my car in to get everything double checked and for them to go over their work to make sure it was done properly. So I phoned in Friday morning to see if I could come in earlier, since there ended up being no work for me that day, only to find out my appointment had been cancelled without my notice. I explained everything to them only to be glossed over and offered a "diagnostic for the rattling noise" (which I fixed myself) and that they wouldn't be able to fix anything for a week.
TLDR: Don't go here unless you wanna get screwed over and have shoddy work done on your vehicle.

Was visiting family in Stony Plain in early May.
Realized it was time for tires. My son recommended going to Tire craft as he had dealt with them before and was really happy with them.
I have to say I had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had purchasing tires.
I dealt with Tom in the front end, And he walked me through exactly what I needed for my car
I could go on and almost write a book about how good it was working with these guys,
But I’ll leave it with…don’t waste any time checking anybody else out,
These guys will not disappoint in anyway, rather…they are the poster child for a job well done.
Great pricing, great service, and got my car in and out of the shop with new tires 15 minutes faster than they said it would be. Even put a tire dressing on them!!

Very poor service.
Came here with my husband for an oil change. Appointment was for 10am. Didn’t get in until almost 11. No form of communication.
Came back and saw the truck was outside at 11:30.
So went inside and they said it’s done.
No phone call advising it was done. And the person working at the counter was pretty rude too.
Why make an appointment if you’re not going to be on time. I get things happen and fall behind schedule, but at least let the customer know and be transparent.
Won’t be going back.
