Very unhappy with delivery dates. I sent return package to Amazon and it's been almost a month, and it's still on its way to Mississauga. It changed its delivery date 3 times, and I'm getting very close to the deadline for my Amazon return. When my other return that I sent with Canada Post was delivered in couple of days. Ridiculous. I would never pay for UPS service.

Service person had no knowledge of service. Was not able to ship my small package. Could not find a country on world map, once I pointed out how UPS work and showed him what needed to happen, I was informed that package was going cost Over six hundred dollars. I left went to Canadian Post my package was shipped for $16 dollars. He was not rude, just didn't know what to do.

The service was friendly and helpful and helped out with out with photocopying and faxing off stuff, which was helpful. Cost was very cheap and reasonable.

I attended the UPS store in Stony Plain today and had the most amazing customer service that I’ve had anywhere in a very long time. The owner, Gunjan Vyas, went out of his way to not only carry in the very heavy boxes that I had but helped me repack and seal them so that they would get to the destinations safely. In addition, he repacked them into smaller size boxes, so the cost of shipping them was less expensive than originally quoted. Mr. Vyas was patient and kind the entire time. I was incredibly grateful and equally in awe of the great customer service I received. I highly recommend this store to anyone.

These folks are absolutely life savers, we had given them the wrong address 3 times because the person we we’re sending to was an elderly man. Jaison was very patient and understanding, he never showed any impatience. Please use this UPS OUTLET in support of what extreme customer service is all about.
