Started Dealing with Alexander Doblanko in July about ordering a new vehicle. Alex was great at explaining my options and working with me to make my decision. Was quick to respond to any inquires I had. Informed right away with a picture of my ordered vehicle delivery to dealership. Khrystal Gagne was the Finance Manager I dealt with and she was throughout and excellent at explaining my documents as well as the additional packaged options available. Great Service all around, no pushy sales. Such a treat to work with.

I absolutely love the whole process of buying my new Durango from Stony Plain Chrysler. Tim went over and above to find me exactly what I wanted . Calling my husband who was out of town then calling me back . Tim you were the best salesman we have run into , even coming in on your day off , saving my granddaughter stuffed Dino . Khrystal made the whole financing super easy , wasn’t pushy at all , she listened and met my needs . I can’t say enough about this amazing team .We will always go there going forward ?Well it’s been a year just about and I quite like the people at stony plain dodge but I had the worst sales person . He isn’t there any more , all he wanted was a good review . Never calls back or help with u connect, no nothing . Don’t know if I will be back as I am pissed off at a tear in the carpet that he didn’t report , . Had a flat tire this weekend and there is nothing in the car to change a tire . Called and they said I have running flats which is stupid . I should still at least have a jack …. Too angry

Service!Something that is easily taken for granted these days. The service provided by this shop is second to none. Work completed on time, completed at price quoted, and happy to help. My vehicle is a company owned, not purchased from the dealer, and they treat it like it was just purchased from them. If you need an oil change, repair or tires, stop in and discuss your needs.Thanks

Alex (the most amazing salesman), Manny (the guy in finance who got me the best deal) and Chris (the sales manager) were the absolute most helpful and kind people I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with! They treated me, my Mom, and my daughters like gold and we left the dealership with smiling faces and a brand new car. Service Department was brutal.. Took my vehicle in for an emissions recall in june. picked it up the next day turned the corner and service transmission came on. Took it right back they cleared the code and sent me on my way.... 4 days later while driving on the hiway service transmission came back on while doing 110 km/hr and lost all power down to 65 km/hr. Took it back in and 2 weeks for diagonstics. told me it was this it was that.... after 3 months they told me it was my transmission..... then it was my battery, got my vehicle back 4.5 months later. I still don't belive it was my transmission. After being told its this its that its this its that. being ignored.... no communication from the service manager
