“I just got a Clydesdale and came in today to Spruce Grove Feeds to look at some various equine products. The staff were super helpful and knowledgeable. On my way out I went to start my truck and found out it had completely died! I'm not mechanically savvy at all and as soon as Chris, (an employee) heard my truck attempt to start he immediately came over to help assess the issue. Darcy (the owner) came over to take a look at it also and figured out that the battery had died. Darcy drove me over to get a new battery from a nearby store and he and Chris put the new battery in my truck! I'm overwhelmed and humbled by their kindness and so thankful for them taking the time out of their day to help a stranger. Thank you so very much for your kindness. “This store is amazing!!! The staff give great informed advice on food and all pet related products. They stock the best stuff and always have a surprise for my dog we wouldn’t be able to find elsewhere. Today I found some locally made treats made from members in the community with disabilities. Way to promote local and be inclusive!!! The staff are kind, welcoming and knowledgable. The prices are competitive. The store promotes the community. What more could you want in a pet store?? Just go and spoil your pet well while supporting a store that does its best.”

“I feel like this review is long overdue.I have adopted several pets from this location and I really enjoy shopping at this specific PetSmart. I love the staff here and I feel like they are some of the more genuine employees in the PetSmart industry. It's always pleasant to come in and chat with them, and the nice thing is unlike other stores, they remember you! They always go above and beyond to meet your needs each time. I have very few complaints about this location, and my only complaint would be I feel the size of the store could be larger, to accommodate more products. They generally keep the store well stocked, and if what I'm looking for isn't on the shelf the staff don't hesitate to offer to look in the back. I feel this shows a lot of customer care, the managers are also fantastic. I refuse to take my business to other locations, because I feel the staff here definitely care more about my shopping needs over other locations. The animals appear to be in better health than other locations, and are somewhat socialized which helps a lot when bringing home a new friend! We will continue to take our business here.”
