Love this place! So cute inside and always has the best stuff. We bought a cabinet from here recently and couldn’t be happier with it. The customer service was amazing and the owner was so helpful and friendly. I will be back soon!

First time visiting the store instead of stalking them on social media. It was adorable and full of so many great decor options. Plus all of their Christmas decor was out, my purchases were too fabulous to not pop out at a more appropriate seasonal time

I was initially excited to check out this store, we purchased a small table for our entryway. When the female employee brought the table out we noticed it was wobbly, she chalked it up to the floors in the store (1st mistake) we should have known better but decided to take her word for it, so we bought the table via debit (second mistake) and took it home. I encountered the same issue at home. We called the store back and we’re instructed to bring the table back for exchange since a discount wouldn’t be offered. Upon driving back I had a change of heart and requested a refund instead, we were told that wasn’t possible because we paid with debit not credit and she couldn’t guarantee my floors at home were even (are you kidding me) We were not informed of this policy prior to purchase, we could have easily paid with credit and avoided this mess… regardless this had barely been 2 hrs since purchase. We were offered store credit. With no guarantee of a refund our only option was to return again on Monday to talk to the owner. I felt forced to take the alternate table which was scratched but sturdy. I felt the customer service was terrible, she was pushing a sale and did not work with us towards a solution we were satisfied with. We had left our contact information and if I was the owner I would have followed up on Monday if I knew I had customers who had a negative experience in my store. We did not receive a phone call the following week. Buyer beware: if you shop here, pay with credit.

We lost our house last fall to a house fire. I had so many great things from this store!! Amy and all the staff at Modern Farmhouse have been a huge help to me with trying to replace all my beautiful Farmhouse decor!! My favorite store!!
