Not only do I LOVE this boutique and their selection of thee cutest clothes and accessories, but the owner, Casey-Ann, has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve purchased a number of pieces from her shop, and when there was a small defect with one of the pieces after wearing it twice, she offered me a full refund (which is practically unheard of, and I didn’t ask for one either!!) and was ever so sweet to deal with.10/10 will be continuing to purchase items from Louilla and can’t recommend it enough! Such a treat to have such a cute shop in Stony!!

10/10 my favourite shop, both in-store and online!! All your western, cowgirl, and coastal cowgirl needs can and WILL be met! Always an incredible selection of dresses, tops, jeans, purses and skirts! Definitely my favourite stop to make in Stony!

Louilla 1916 is a great, small town boutique! It’s packed with beautiful, practical finds to add to any wardrobe. The owner, Casey-Ann, is friendly, knowledgeable, and cares about her customers. She always has time for a chat and really gets to know you!
