I like this store but I find sometimes some of the staff can be very short with customers and it makes me feel uncomfortable shopping there.Edited to add my review is based on multiple occasions not just one and on the day in question you’re calling me out on the lady at the register barely looked up in my direction and was definitely NOT friendly. I didn’t give a negative review because I misread a sale.And note, I’m not the only person I know who has had a negative experience with staff.

Fantastic customer service. An item I ordered was lower on inventory than indicated, and they more than took care of the issue.

Very cute and boujie boutique in Stony!They have so many neat gift ideas and I love that they have some spiritual stuff as well. I also appreciated just having time and space to "be and shop" and not be pressured by "you still doing okay/can I help you/your hands look full" etc.I also really appreciated that they do gift wrapping! Adorable pink paper and a gift bag, very rare these days and SO appreciated.

Charming boutique with so many great items. I was made to feel welcome and encouraged to feel my best in what I tried on without any pressure to purchase. Thank you for helping me find some cute new outfits and I’ll be back for sure.

Exchanging an item was not a pleasant experience. Owner was unpleasant and suggested I should have re gifted the item versus exchanging for a more appropriate item. The store and owner did not lose any money on the exchange but did lose a future customer.

Wonderful small town store! I have shopped here since Krystal and Roxanne opened the boutique! The staff offer suggestions if I have any questions and have really got to know me during the years. They have a wonderful selection of items offering everything from clothing to home items. Thank you for the exceptional knowledge, selection, and customer service!

My mother in law received a jacket as a gift for Christmas from my sister . Was told she had until the 15 th to return it . She went in yesterday and the lady working told her she was 1 day late to return the jacket that she would NOT take it back. She wasn’t offered in store credit or anything. My mother in law was told that it was the stores problem. Terrible service I will never shop at this store again. Be careful buying from this store .

Had a negative experiencing trying to exchange a gift that I received. I had the item, the gift receipt, and was within the 14 days. After asking my name and stating I’m not in their system (I had never shopped here before), I said I received it as a gift. They said they also needed the name of who made that purchase, I gave the name of the purchaser and they said nothing was in the system and refused to exchange the item despite me having the gift receipt. Unfortunately felt very unwelcome in their store, extremely negative first impression.

Lovely items and presentation in this store! I, like some of the other reviewers, felt unwelcome and like I was being watched the entire time I was browsing. I felt too uncomfortable to ask to try anything on and am in no rush to return.

Visited here wanting to support a local business but we walked in and weren’t even greeted with a ‘hi’. We were there for 30 mins the person working there was on the phone the whole time. I tried on a couple things and was given the stink eye for grabbing another size.Not a good first impression. Not going back. There are other store that are much more accommodating and welcoming.
