“This local shop is super cute with so many amazing gift ideas! The customer service was also amazing. First, I had sent the owner an email inquiring about a product. Since I was sending it at night I didn’t expect a reply until the morning but that evening I received a response and was told not to hesitate to reach out if I had any other questions. A few days later I went in to the shop to purchase a bath mat but when I brought it home I realized it had a manufacturing issue (i.e the writing on the mat was incomplete). The next day I went back to Crown and Fox to exchange it and they were so apologetic, despite it not being their fault. Karissa also went above and beyond in resolving the issue and making sure I left with a positive experience. I will most definitely be back and will be recommending people to go check it out :)”

“Not only do I LOVE this boutique and their selection of thee cutest clothes and accessories, but the owner, Casey-Ann, has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve purchased a number of pieces from her shop, and when there was a small defect with one of the pieces after wearing it twice, she offered me a full refund (which is practically unheard of, and I didn’t ask for one either!!) and was ever so sweet to deal with.10/10 will be continuing to purchase items from Louilla and can’t recommend it enough! Such a treat to have such a cute shop in Stony!!”
