Up until this year, 2017, the service has been great! Prices were descent, service was good and I did all my business there. In march I had some issues with my tractor, AC wasn't working, and a wire was broke between the ignition and starter solenoid. Rather than run a new wire, they tore into the dash and troubleshot the situation after I said right in the work order if it was going to be an expensive fix not to do it. Well $3000 dollars later, and a 40 dollars shop supplies I have a tractor back with an air conditioning system that does not work and a pin hole still in the hose where I had marked with white paint when it arrived. This is unacceptable for our small community and honestly I feel as if I was totally taken advantage of and singled out as a vulnerable target that could easily been taken advantage of. Never again will I take a piece of equipment there. The one thing that is notable and positive is there friendly and caring staff in the parts department. Always willing to go the extra mile to get you take care of. Stay away from the other departments unless of course you like horrible service!!
