Christina provides top-notch personal service every time I visit the store! Her staff are certainly learning from the best! She also has a talent for putting together wonderful outfits for every body-type. It is a very well displayed and maintained store with the latest fashion. Every time I visit, I leave with a smile on my face.

Beautiful store. I was assisted by Stephanie. She managed to pull several pieces of clothing that I would have never tried and fell in love with.It was an amazing shopping experience and one I will repeat.

Recently wandered in here after my optometrist appt., great place to look around while my contacts settled. Found a wonderful clothing line they carry called, "Velvet". Christina was very helpful, even though I didn't purchase anything. Returned the next day and purchased my little dress, with Stephanie even offering to gift wrap other items for me, as I was pressed for time. Really appreciated the personal service, showed that they do care!

I recently wandered into the St. Albert store. They have a large selection of unique clothing. I had so much fun trying on different articles that I highly recommend going in for just that experience. I bought several items and have worn one every day by mixing them with it own wardrobe. Christina was excellent! Knowledgeable and super fun! I’ll definitely be back.

My wife and I were just treated extremely poorly by store staff and owner. We were screamed at and we were cornered and harassed between two angry staff members to the point of us calling RCMP. What a terrible way to run a business.

So very disappointed with this boutique and this weekend takes the gold prize for absolutely worst service.A very damaged item was sold at Edmonton store and my mistake for not noticing it before purchase. I get the final sale BUT when damaged at the fault of the store.Absolutely no concession in taking it back even when I brought back to St Albert store within 3 hours.And also even though the three stores are one.... sending me back to downtown store to deal with it as manager said no and seamstress will not tackle it.No high end boutique treats their customers like this.And I would expect a damaged item at Dots or Value Village not at a high end store.My last experience before this one.... arrived 10 minutes before closing and salesperson would not let me in.... register was closed!Imagine that for welcoming.Never again!

I recently won a gift certificate for Who Cares Wear at a holiday season mixer, so I brought my wife to the St. Albert store to check it out. She really enjoyed the selection and the high quality designer pieces offered there. The staff were very kind and accommodating and my wife selected a couple of items that she loved. It was a great experience and what a beautiful store! Highly recommended.
