I ordered 1 thing 1 time 9 years ago and now I get spammed with catalogues and they refuse to stop.
I'm pretty sure by now they have spent more in catalogs for me, than my 1 idea.
Also I now hear they charge $25 for YOU to pickup. What a terrible cash grab.

I like a lot of things about Uline except their heavy duty handwrappers. If you use the 120 gauge pallet wrap it will break their wrapper. 3 times we have bought their wrapper and 3 times it has snapped being used as intended. Their quality assurance team believes it is fine but take it from someone who uses it daily, their wrapper is not robust, it will not last if you are using a high gauge wrap. It should be improved before they call it heavy duty.

I picked up a couple things for the family's business and was shocked to see just how well kept and maintained the property was. It honestly looked like a private property. The grass was immaculate and nothing looked out of order. Once going into the warehouse down by bay 13, the first thing I thought of was " I could eat off of these floors" CLEAN and organized is an understatement!!

Went to Uline for the first time today. The place is huge. A wonderful security guard escorted us to exactly where we needed to go. He had such an amazing attitude. I found the ordering process a little difficult but the young fellow at the counter walked me through it. The customer service was great.

They charge you $25 to drive to location, and pick it up on your own. $25 to spend your own gas money, and put wear and tear on your vehicle. Paying them, for your own time and effort. Make that make sense. Will never spend another dime with them

An amazingly clean wearhouse. Inside and out is maintained beautifully. I've never seen such a clean working environment. Great job U-line!
