My 85 year old dad and I stopped at this gas station to use the washroom. I parked close to the door as my dad needs a walker and the store attendantMr B. was kind enough to help open the door for my dad. He was polite and had a great smile. The bathroom was clean and big enough for my dads walker. Thank you for your kindness.

There is a young gentleman who works there who has been extremely rude to my 13 and 9 year old daughter. We just had an incident tonight when my 13 yr old was waiting outside for her friend bc she had our dog and he came outside and asked her what she wanted and to stay away from her store. Another woman there seen how he treated her and then told my daughter he just tried to rip her off charging her $30 for 2 bags of chips. We have been going to this store quite regularly for the past 2 years since we moved in this area and never had any issues until this guy started working here. I told him he needs to work on his customer service and how he treats ppl. Even though it is so convenient to go here I will from now on make the extra travel to go to another store. Very disappointing

Not one to write reviews, but has to be done. Tried the car wash this morning. What a rip off!! You get a ticket and do your thing and pay after. Quick wash that would cost me $6 at HUGHES self serve wash cost me $16 friggin dollars. Got robbed. Thanks Shell . First and last time.

At 9:23 on a Tuesday morning with my car parked at the pump closest to the door, I was requested to come in to prepay. Since I just realized on trying to pay at the pump my wife had the gas card, I went inside and I told him I’m paying in cash and what if I don’t use up the amount I am prepaying since I wanted to fill the tank. His solution was that I come back for change after.There is no security risk during the day, I am a professional adult male dressed normally. No reason to suspect anything.I won’t condone this lack of appreciation of another persons time.

Tried to get gas after 11pm. The transaction went through but I only got 23 CENTS worth of gas. I do not understand how this even happened. Clearly the pumps don't work after 11pm but I don't think it's right that transactions can still get approved even when pumps are shut off.

Went for gas and paid at the pump. The only gas that was available was mid grade but I only found after my payment was already processed. Complained to the guy inside that there should be a sign or I should get the mid grade at the same price as regular. I don't think the staff member could even comprehend what I was complaining about.

Tried out the Car Wash. You get a ticket when you drive into wash bay then pay for time you were in wash bay when you are driving out. For quick wash and rinse I used bay for 10 minutes according to my start time on ticket. I was charged $18.90 WOW Glad I wasnt in there for any longer or I would of had to leave my car there. Very Expensive for a wand wash. I think I'll go else where next time.

Horrible service, bought a pack of cigarettes & when opened there were several crushed inside & 2 broken. Brought back inside and he shrugged his shoulders saying I shouldn’t of opened. Well I didn’t know they were broken before opening. The pack was crumpled, hidden until the part was slid out. I noticed 30 seconds after leaving the store. Tried to explain and kept shrugging his damn shoulders...wow

Total scammers. I made note of my time when I grabbed my ticket and when I arrived at the til. Cashier tried to say I was in for 12 minutes when I was only in for 9. Made me pay for 10 minutes even tho he couldn't clearly read the time card. He laughed and said he was giving me a deal. Will take my business elsewhere.
